Return and Replacement Policy for Wall Candy Factory

Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Wall Candy Factory. We are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. Our wallpapers are custom-made to suit your specific needs, and as such, we have a strict return and replacement policy.

No Returns on Custom Orders

Given the custom nature of our wallpapers, we do not offer returns unless the product is damaged during shipping. All sales are final.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Upon approval, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a replacement for a damaged item, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged wallpaper and any damaged packaging.

  2. Email the photographs along with your order number and a description of the damage to factorywallcandy@gmail.com

  3. Wait for confirmation from our Customer Service team. We will inform you whether your replacement request has been approved or denied.

Replacement Policy

Replacements will only be initiated after the damaged item has been reviewed and approved for replacement by Wall Candy Factory. The replacement will be identical to the original order, including design, dimensions, and other custom specifications.

Shipping Costs for Replacements

Wall Candy Factory will cover the shipping costs for approved replacements.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or alter this Return and Replacement Policy at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please review this policy periodically.
